Co-Founder
Peter Mao co-founded M&H Tax and Accounting with Dennis Huang in January 2016. With over 17 years of experience in the accounting industry, Peter brings a wealth of expertise across various complex areas of taxation and business advisory.
He specialises in tax planning, tax structuring, and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) strategies involving shares, property, and franchise businesses. Peter is also highly skilled in advising high-net-worth individuals and families, offering tailored tax solutions through trusts and Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Peter’s goal is to deliver high-quality, personalised services that help clients achieve long-term financial success.

Dennis Huang
Co-Founder
Before founding M&H Tax and Accounting, Dennis worked in a medium-tier accounting firm as a senior accountant for over six years where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of taxations and business services across a range of industry sectors.
Dennis specializes in helping small-medium size business clients on the tax matters including income tax, capital gain, GST, business structure and is passionate with SMSF tax services.
